Mail in service. Send us your ball not and we will refurbish and refresh internals so you can roll it back on to your existing ball screw as long as you have a fresh track. Rexroth 15XXX4013 Mail-In Service
The Rexroth R151324013 ball nut is found in many CNC machines including Omax and Flow Waterjets and Onsrud Routers. For mail in service, we polish the internal bearing raceway, install new ball bearing recirculation guides, add ball bearings, new snap rings, and seals and mount it on a mandrel for easy installation similar to what you get when you purchase an OEM replacement. If the ball nut cannot be serviced because of crash damage or excessive wear, there will be no service charge. Typical turnaround is 5-7 days from receipt. Price excludes return shipping.
